Hunter and the hunted
Extinction is forever, endangered means we still have time. Sustainability is key...
Hunting goes back as far as mankind’s existence. In ancient times man needed to hunt for wildlife to survive, but in today’s modern society, hunting is no longer necessary for survival so its mostly done as tradition or a hobby.
In Nigeria, a taste for “bushmeat” among many combined with high levels of poverty and unemployment has driven many in the rural areas to hunt ever more frequently for food and commercially. This sparks some questions on wildlife conservation because some of these animals being hunted are already endangered species.
This is an ongoing project that looks into the world of the hunter, his victim the hunted and the bushmeat industry in general.
lets connect and start an amazing journey together
